How fast will my order be shipped?
Standard orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 Business days.
Custom Orders will be longer and will depend on the order. Most Custom Orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 Business days. Please do note that the time may be longer for more complex or large custom orders.
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Simply, no. However, my goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let me know as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to work with you to make it right.
Are the earrings heavy?
Polymer Clay is not heavy at all. Thus, all of the earrings are very lightweight! I often forget I'm wearing earrings when I wear most of the designs.
Where are your products manufactured?
Polymer Clay products are made by me, Elisabeth, here in Louisiana!
Stickers and Print to Order products are manufactured both locally and globally. I carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
